Okay, so here’s the thing, I looked into it, and it’s a lot more bizarre than it actually looks.
As it turns out, it’s actually a idol simulator with a horse racing mechanic. Think of it as if it’s Love Live, but the girls are anthropomorphic horse girls.
And ice-skating, for some reason.
That video is actually a promotional animation for the game that is currently in development (which explains why that video has such high quality animation)
