edgeworth: i’m noticing a lot of interpersonal tension going on here lately, so i organized this exercise. i had you all write down some of what you’ve been dealing with lately. okay so ideally we want to phrase questions as “when you do THIS it makes me feel THIS.” let’s begin. franziska.
franziska: (stands up, reads off a small piece of paper in a monotone voice) klavier gavin. when you speak broken german to me in an attempt to seem cool, it makes me want to secretly tranquilize you and cut off your ridiculous drill braid while you’re unconscious.
edgeworth:
edgeworth: alright. good start. simon.
simon: (stands up, clears throat, does the same) gavin-dono, when you wear your sunglasses in spite of us working indoors, it makes me want to lie to HR and say that you’re stealing from the payroll so i never have to work with you ever again.
edgeworth:
edgeworth: ok.
klavier, on confessional cam: it hurts my feelings but i can’t say that i didn’t expect any of this to come up. even mine was about me. (picks up piece of paper) ‘dear me, when you are amazingly smooth and talented, it makes me feel good about my life.’
klavier: (folds paper up)
klavier: classic gavin. (winks at camera)
cameraman: please stop
klavier: gotcha.
