the black-haired dude with the glasses is the protag, very pure, has a Tragic Backstory™, is the leader and talented af, must be protected at all costs tbh, 10/10 would recommend 

i don’t want any spoilers so i’ve basically blacklisted it for now but you will see me spam about it when i finish the game 😉

He doesn’t have a canon name, but the name that most people call him is Akira Kurusu which is the name they use in the manga.
