former Bleach fans now hearing that the manga is ending: oh my god… that was such a huge part of my childhood/adolescence. I don’t keep up with it anymore but I have such great memories of the story and how much I loved it, I’m gonna be sad to see it go.

my favorite writing trope is still (character, does something that obviously failed, or will fail shortly) “nailed it.”
So I’m watching Bones, and there’s this episode that has meninists as a plot point, and it’s hysterical because every time it gets brought up, all of the characters just get this look of “what”
One of my favorite tropes in fanfiction, particularly stories with romance, is when the character tries to deny something to themselves and then they have that little voice in their head that’s like “you’re full of shit, y’know that?”
Because I keep accidentally saying ‘Underwatch’
