Okay, so here’s the thing, I looked into it, and it’s a lot more bizarre than it actually looks.

As it turns out, it’s actually a idol simulator with a horse racing mechanic. Think of it as if it’s Love Live, but the girls are anthropomorphic horse girls.

And ice-skating, for some reason.

That video is actually a promotional animation for the game that is currently in development (which explains why that video has such high quality animation)

If you wanted to watch an anime of this, you’re actually out of luck since it’s actually a game that’s in development. Something to do with idol simulators and a racing game.

That said, I wouldn’t be surprised if it spawns an anime at some point.
